TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Bookings and Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your session date. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session.

Payment plans are available, please contact me to discuss.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible.

- Cancellations made more than 5 days before your session, your deposit may be transferred to a new date
- Cancellations made within 5 days of your session, the deposit is forfeited
- If I need to cancel due to illness or an emergency, I will offer you a full reschedule or a full refund of your deposit


3. Image Delivery

Final edited images are delivered via Pic-Time within 7 days of your final image selection. You will receive sneak peeks on the evening of your session, unless otherwise noted by Mia O'Neill. 

Your gallery will remain active for a set period, you will receive email reminders before it expires. I am unable to reopen expired galleries, so please download and back up your images promptly.

RAW (unedited) files are not available under any circumstances.

4. Copyright

All images created by Four O Photography remain my copyright at all times.

You are granted a personal use licence to print, share and enjoy your images. You may not sell, commercially licence or submit images to publications or competitions without my written permission.

Please do not edit, filter, crop or alter your images in any way. If you share your images on social media, I would love a credit to @fourophotography

 5. Image Use and Marketing

I may use session images for marketing purposes including on my website, social media, Google Business Profile and paid advertising. If you would prefer your images not to be used, please let me know in writing before your session and I will always respect your wishes.

6. Website Use

The content on this website, including all images, text and design,  belongs to Four O Photography and may not be copied, reproduced or used without my written permission.

This website is provided in good faith. I am not responsible for any errors or omissions in the content, or for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site.

7. Privacy

I take your privacy seriously. Please read my full Privacy Policy at fourophotography.com.au/privacy-policy to understand how I collect, store and use your personal information.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
